Idle is a bit high but that load temperature is more than acceptable compared to my 5800x. Was at 45. Now im at 22-23.My 5800X idles around 31-32C depending on ambient. RGB tools, iCUE, and other vendor software is notorious for keeping cores awake. Just a noob question here. 5700g has 8 cores on a single ccx similar to a 5700x. 8 core amd cpus have high temperature spikes - even at idle. low utilization = high boost clock on limited cores 5700g is also a 65w stock tdp, so that's probably why turning off pbo didnt help (it doesnt boost very high to begin with)To set an automatic overclock, click on Profile 1 or Profile 2 and set ''Control Mode'' to ''Auto Overclocking'' on the right pane.
